The run
What do these controls mean?
Look for narrows the run to one of the subjects on What to look for; the words behind that subject are what get sent to each platform. Left alone it searches for every subject that is switched on, which is what this button has always done — so it is a way of gathering clips for one channel, not a way of turning the subjects off. Shorts at or over the threshold are kept and the rest are dropped. It starts at 500,000, which is the client’s own figure, and it applies to every selected platform — nobody has given a per-platform number and this tool will not invent five. Minimum and maximum length are in whole seconds and they bound how long a kept video may be. A minimum of 0 keeps everything, and both ends are inclusive, so 30 to 60 keeps a short of exactly 30 seconds and one of exactly 60. The maximum stops at 120s because that ceiling is what makes a video a Short at all — this tool will not go looking for something longer, and moving that line is configuration rather than a box on this screen. Most videos per platform is how many each ticked platform is asked for, so it is the most any one of them can show — fewer will appear when fewer clear the threshold. It is also what a run costs on a platform that bills per video returned, which is why it stops at 200. An unticked platform is not asked and not charged, and it is reported as not asked rather than as empty.

0 kept of 5 rows returned — 3 under the threshold, 2 with no duration reported. A row the source gave no view count or no duration for was not judged against the threshold either way; an unknown number has not been shown to clear it or to miss it. 2 of those are listed under could not be judged below rather than thrown away.
Instagram — could not be judged
2 unmeasuredThese rows failed no filter and passed less than all of them, so they are not in the list above and they were not saved. They are here because the alternative is silence, and silence about a platform that returned rows reads as a platform with nothing on it.
