The maximum stops at 120s because that ceiling is what makes a video a Short at all — this tool will not go looking for something longer, and moving that line is configuration rather than a box on this screen. Most videos per platform is how many each ticked platform is asked for, so it is the most any one of them can show — fewer will appear when fewer clear the threshold. It is also what a run costs on a platform that bills per video returned, which is why it stops at 200. An unticked platform is not asked and not charged, and it is reported as not asked rather than as empty.
