  • YouTube will search
  • TikTok will not search
    TikTok can only be searched by subject through a data provider. Its keyword search is ScrapeCreators' /v1/tiktok/search/keyword; yt-dlp's own tag, sound and effect extractors are marked CURRENTLY BROKEN upstream, so there is no keyless alternative. Save a ScrapeCreators key on /admin/credentials and this platform joins the topic run.
  • Instagram will search
  • X will not search
    no X credential is configured. X API v2 needs an app-only Bearer token from an X developer project with credits on it; paste it on the credentials page as the X key. Unlike YouTube there is no keyless fallback — yt-dlp has no user-timeline extractor for X at all, so without a key this platform cannot be read rather than merely read less well.
  • Facebook will not search
    Facebook cannot be searched for a subject by this tool or by any tool it can buy. Meta's Graph API documents no public-content search and no read on a Page's video edges, and no data vendor sells Facebook Reels discovery — ScrapeCreators included. Facebook can only ever return the Pages somebody names, whatever they are about.
  • Threads will not search
    Threads is not configured: this build needs a Threads access token from threads.net's own OAuth, carrying threads_basic AND threads_keyword_search (save one on /admin/credentials under the Threads provider). Know what it buys before configuring it. Threads is the only Meta surface this tool can search for a subject — its keyword search returns other people's public video posts, which Instagram and Facebook cannot do at any price. What it will never return is a NUMBER: Meta's insights endpoint answers for your own posts only, and the API has no duration field at all, so every Threads row arrives with unknown views and unknown length and is reported as unverified rather than counted against the 500,000 threshold.
